The Hold Steady have released "Barely Breathing" exclusively to Stereogum. this is the fourth song to surface from Heaven Is Whenever, out May 4th. They are releasing songs like it is leaked, which I believe is not the case. But every song that they have put out from it to date are impressive, building hype even more.
